 Grades 6 – 12 SUBJECT:  National Association of Conservation Districts Annual Speech Contest                                                                                         

The Osceola Soil and Water Conservation District would like to invite your students to participate in the National Association of Conservation Districts Annual Speech Contest.  This contest is designed to develop leadership through participation in public speaking activities and stimulate interest in conserving our natural resources, especially as it relates to Agriculture. 

Each year the contest starts at the local level.  Judging for the Osceola County competition will take place at the Osceola County Extension Office located at 1921 Kissimmee Valley Lane in Osceola Heritage Park, Kissimmee.
